Boosting ticket sales and fundraising revenue through a fresh, crisp refresh for an iconic Norwich venue

Norwich Arts Centre (NAC) reached out to us having seen the work we’d done for one of their fellow arts-based organisations here in Norwich Maddermarket Theatre. Like Maddermarket, NAC use the popular Spektrix platform; a ticketing, marketing and fundraising solution ubiquitous with arts sector organisations.

The brief was to design and build a new website which not only generated revenue from ticket sales, but also helped drive fundraising in general, and in particular, for their 40/40 Regeneration Campaign (#NACregeneration) to raise £40k by summer 2020 in order to unlock a total of £500k of funding from @ace_national. No small task, and the website was to be instrumental in meeting that target.

In addition, the site needed to give NAC a robust platform with which to inform the public of the other great services they provide and work they do in the Norwich community.

WordPress powers the site’s main content management, along with Spektrix integration to automatically pull events into the site but with the ability to add additional glitz and glamour to each, tempting users and maximising ticket sales.
