The GRIT team are over-the-moon to welcome a new member to the gang, as Joel Kitts joins us as our newest graphic designer.
Joel is an American citizen who was stationed in the UK for six years with the U.S. Air Force and has finally decided to move back. Their loss, our gain!

Sunday roast, it’s like having an entire Thanksgiving meal once a week!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Reading, mountain biking, and growing things.
Tell us something out of the ordinary…
I once worked as a deckhand on a small cruise line and while steering the ship through the intercoastal waterway I ran it aground. It was during dinner…it made quite the mess!
One thing you can’t live without?
Spending time with my kids.
If you were an animated character, who would you be?
Quagmire from Family Guy, it was actually my nickname in the military.
