We are seeking a Junior Digital Project Manager and Support Technician, with strong IT skills and a real interest in website development.
The role requires a candidate that is ambitious, results-driven, dedicated, personable, a good communicator and exceptionally motivated and keen to learn.
With regard to the Support Technician element of the role, they should have a strong desire to identify the needs of customers, plus a thorough and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
This might take many forms, but most commonly ascertaining if a fault is with the client’s email or website lies with the client, or a technical error with their website or its hosting, and then troubleshooting the problem through to resolution.
With regard to the Junior Project Manager element, the applicant should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be keen to impress and go beyond the call of duty for customers, and be able to understand client requirements and translate them into clear, written instructions for designers or developers to quote against.
They should then be able to oversee the implementation of those requirements with care and attention, ensuring complete client satisfaction.
