All the planning and scoping in the world can’t guarantee that you’ll be squeezing every drop of ROI from your website from day one. That’s why we include two performance reviews within the first 6-12 months of launch. Here, we’ll collectively review all available data on site usage as well as the statistics we’ve agreed to use to benchmark the site’s effectiveness. Armed with this knowledge, identifying areas for improvement is a doddle. What can we say? The last drop of ROI tastes the sweetest.
That’s why we offer a selection of ongoing support, maintenance and optimisation retainers to fit most budgets. These take the findings from our performance reviews and give you the freedom and resources to continue to hone your website in the longer term.
